| Partner Profile Westminster is a nationally recognized, comprehensive liberal arts college with a broad array of graduate and undergraduate programs. The college's purchase of green power was in response to a proposal made by students in an environmental economics class to college administrators. As part of a class project, students worked with a local non-profit organization, Utah Clean Energy, on a cost-benefit analysis of the local power provider's green power program. Based on their findings, students recommended that the college purchase wind power as a means of demonstrating dedication to environmental sustainability. | |
