| Partner Profile Wire Belt is a fourth-generation family owned company, manufacturing conveyor belts primarily used in the food industry. The company started getting serious about conserving energy about 10 years ago. Since then, they have cut their electrical usage in half. One of Wire Belt’s major energy-saving initiatives includes the installation of a 100 kilowatt solar photovoltaic (PV) array, producing approximately 25% of their electricity demands.
