Read about nature
- Head to your local or school library and ask the librarian to recommend some books about nature. Either have an adult read the book to you or you can read it with them. Maybe a book will encourage you to explore nature.
Bring your own lunch bag
- Bring lunch in your own bag. How about a re-usable bag?
Bring your own shopping bag
- You can help to reduce waste. Whenever you go shopping with your family, bring a bag to carry things in. There’s no need to chose paper or plastic when you have your own bag!
Save water
- turn off the water when you're brushing your teeth.
Think of how much water you will save every day just from doing that one simple thing!
Turn off the lights
- when you leave a room; you'll save both electricity and money.
