- Civil and Environmental Services, Inc. (CES) is a civil engineering consulting firm that provides innovative and site specific designs, permitting services, operational assistance, and construction services for LFG and LFGE projects as well as providing other solid waste management and geotechnical services. Their goal is to provide their clients with proactive services to maintain their LFG/LFGE systems in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Services include: Title V and NSPS consulting, LFG sample collection and monitoring, LFG migration control, designing active and passive LFG/LFGE collections systems, providing recommendations for condensate and leachate management control, instrumentation, and controls. CES works diligently to develop LFG/LFGE projects for the benefit of the client, community, LFG developer, energy end-users, and the environment.
