- Columbia Pacific Biogas, LLC (CPB) provides siloxane and hydrogen sulfide removal from landfill gas and other biogas. CPB gives gas treatment operational advice to the Klickitat County Public Utility District which runs a 10 MW, 2,700 scfm biogas power plant. The gas treatment system was designed and constructed by Dubal & Associates of Portland, OR with financial and process support from Calgon Carbon. This same group plans to pursue other turnkey gas conditioning plants.
