- CRRA is a Solid Waste Agency in the State of Connecticut. CRRA owns and operates a Waste-to-Energy Facility and a Single Stream Recycling Facility in Hartford, and four transfer stations in CT. CRRA also monitors and maintains five closed landfills in CT.
