- Holland Engineering, Inc. (HEI) was founded in 1977 and has been surveying engineering and construction management services to oil, gas, and petrochemical pipelines and facilities for the past 25 years. Currently, HEI is providing project management, engineering, and construction management services for a 6-mile, 16 inch HDPE pipeline to be located in Zeeland, Michigan. The pipeline will transport recovered landfill gas.
