- Innovolve is commercializing a landfill gas-to-liquid (LFGTL) project with the University of Queensland, Australia. Using nano-technology-driven catalyst and membrane technology, they are converting biogas into methanol, ethanol, DME, and are also utilizing the Fischer Troph process. Innovolve believes that this will provide municipalities with an additional option of producing alternative transport fuels for their fleets rather than only selling power to the grid.
