- To date, Logan Capital has placed and arranged debt and equity for 15 landfill gas projects and over thirty-five financings (including LF gas) totaling more than $360 million. For LFG projects, Logan Capital assisted in the placement of Section 29 tax credits and has arranged for non-recourse debt financing and non-tax-oriented equity. The company has also coordinated joint ventures with well-capitalized partners who assist smaller developers in advancing their projects.
