- Nielsen Systems is a consulting engineering firm that does electro-mechanical control systems work. Some of our projects involved control and electrical work for a methane tower and turbine generator at a landfill site in Ottawa, Canada. Other projects involve determining the economic feasibility of installing a bio-gas cogen plant at landfill sites in the Baltic countries (part of the Soviet Union).
