- Noxtech, Inc. is an air emissions system manufacturer whose technology is applicable in LFGE projects for compliance with air control regulations and/or obtainment of Emission Reduction Credits (ERCs) - where such programs are available. The Noxtech system is an aftertreatment technology that drives the exhaust from engines using landfill/digester gas into a thermochemical reaction obtaining a 90-95% reduction in NOX plus attacking other pollutants. It does not use solid catalysts, and has the possibility of treating gas condensates at the same time - depending on their composition. The Noxtech technology is at present used in diesel engines and can also be employed in coal-fired boilers. The Noxtech process is not affected by the presence of siloxanes.
