- Since 1982, Pacific Assets Investment Corporation has raised capital to provide affordable housing for low and very low income families and the elderly nationwide working with federal, state, and local government agencies. Their organization desires to raise capital and act as developers by working with LFG owners, utility companies, and other end users to reduce greenhouse gases and to increase the nation's use of alternative energy sources.
