Description: Palmer Capital Corporation has worked in the development and financing of LFG energy projects since 1982. Palmer works with municipalities, private landfill owners, and other developers to structure projects that maximize the total value available to all parties. Company highlights include financing the first commercial U.S. LFG electricity project at Brattleboro, VT; completing an LFG energy project generating steam for sale to a manufacturing facility in Raleigh, NC; implementing a 12,300 kW LFG electricity facility at the Central Landfill in Johnston, RI; developing an LFG energy project for the City of Glendale, California's own 200 MW power plant; joint venture partner in the expansion and modification of 3-MW project at the Brookhaven Landfill in Long Island; and embarking on a program with GE Capital to acquire LFG producing properties. Transactions include the largest LFG energy projects in New England and in the United States.
