- Description
- The Pollution Control Financing Authority of Warren County (PCFAWC) is a public agency responsible for managing solid waste in Warren County, NJ. The PCFAWC currently oversees the implementation of a mass-burn resource recovery facility, landfill, recycling center and special collection events. A 3.8 MW LFG to electricity facility is under construction and is expected to be operational in late 2005 or early 2006.
