- Riley, Park, Hayden & Associates, Inc. (RPH) is a full-service design consulting firm that has been in existance for more than 30 years. A portion of the services RPH provides are associated with the design and permitting of landfills, transfer stations, and landfill gas collection and control systems. RPH also provides management services associated with air permitting, GHG registration submittal (1605B, etc.), operations and maintenance (O&M) and construction of landfill gas collection and control systems. These services are provided to private firms and publicly-owned/operated organizations in the solid waste industry.
