Description: Unicoi Energy Services (UES) purchases, markets, and sells renewable energy certificates from biomass facilities and provides consulting services in support of clients for this purpose, particularly for complex systems involving multiple power plants and turbine generators. UES provides procurement, consulting, and project development services for biomass projects and has equity interest in a wood-fired power plant in the Southeast United States. UES also provides services relative to realization of production tax credits for electricity and alternative fuels, and brokerage and consulting services for the sale of renewable fuels and new and used biomass equipment.
