Description: Williams Mullen's renewable energy team is actively involved in renewable energy project development, acquisition, divestiture, permitting, financing, construction, ownership, operation, and related regulatory and legislative issues. The team's experience with renewable energy projects includes: solar, wind, biofuel, biomass, LFG, ocean (tidal, wave, current, and thermal), geothermal, municipal solid waste, and hydroelectric projects. Their practice includes all aspects of project development from conception to completion, including planning, partnership and corporate structuring, engineering, procurement, construction, financing, tax, operation and maintenance, fuel management, service and related contract drafting and negotiation.
