Hours of Operation
The Legislative Library is open to EPA employees Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, excluding holidays. The Legislative Library is available to the public by appointment only.
Borrowing Policy and Interlibrary Loans
Borrowing privileges are generally for EPA program staff (or employees) only.
To locate EPA library and repository materials, you can search the Online Library System (OLS), EPA Libraries’ online catalog. If you have any questions, please call or e-mail the library.

The Legislative Library provide abstract summaries of the Congressional Record each day Congress is in session. Testimony statements of EPA officials testifying before Congress are available on OCIR’s website at: http://www.epa.gov/ocir/.
