A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the hotel for arrival on Wednesday, November 7, 2007, and departure on Friday, November 9, 2007. You may make reservations by calling the hotel directly at (202) 289-7600 or 1-888-627-8681. Make sure you identify yourself as a member of the EPA Collaborative Science Meeting to receive the group rate. The room block will be in effect at the government rate until October 12, 2007. Any room reservations received after that date will be accepted on a space- and rate-availability basis. Any cancellation made by an individual must be done no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any room cancellation made after the 24-hour period or a no-show will be charged 1 night’s room and tax to the credit card on file.

DRIVING AND METRO DIRECTIONS
From the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport:
From the airport, follow signs to the George Washington Memorial Parkway North to I-395 North. Bear left onto US-1 North. US-1 becomes 14th Street, NW. Turn right onto K Street, NW. The hotel will be 2 blocks ahead on the left side.
From the North:
Take I-95 South toward Annapolis/Richmond. Take I-95 South to Route 50 West (Washington) and it will become New York Avenue. Stay on New York Avenue until you reach 10th Street. Turn left onto 10th Street and continue until you reach K Street, NW. Turn left onto K Street, NW. The hotel will be 2 blocks ahead on the left.
From the South:
Take I-95 North to I-395 North to the 14th Street Bridge. As the lanes split, follow signs to Route 1 North/14th Street as you are crossing the bridge. Route 1 becomes 14th Street. Continue on 14th Street until you get to K Street, NW. Turn right onto K Street, NW. The hotel will be 2 blocks ahead on the left.
From the East:
Follow Route 50 West, and it will become New York Avenue. Stay on New York Avenue until you reach 10th Street. Turn left onto 10th Street and continue until you reach K Street, NW. Turn left onto K Street, NW. The hotel will be 2 blocks ahead on the left side.
From the West:
Take Route 66 East and go over the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge. As you cross the bridge, stay in the middle lanes and follow the signs for Constitution Avenue. Take Constitution Avenue to 12th Street, and turn left. Go 8 blocks to the corner of 12th and K Streets. The hotel will be on the right, on the corner.
Metro Directions From Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport:
Take the Blue Line toward Largo Town Center to the McPherson Square Metro Station. Exit the station using the 14th and I Street, NW-Franklin Square exit. Walk approximately 1 block North on 14th Street, NW, and turn right on K Street, NW. The hotel will be approximately 2 blocks ahead.
