Purpose:	NCER will host its sixth STAR Environmental Research Seminar on October 8 - 9, 2003. The seminar is cosponsored by EPA’s Region 9 and NCER who are working together to inform the regional office staff and management, state, tribal, and local environmental agencies, about scientific research they can use in their work. This seminar will involve two days of presentations and poster sessions with many STAR grantees and fellows from Region 9 universities.
