Date: Wednesday, October 29 - Friday, October 31, 2003
Location: U.S. EPA Main Campus Auditorium
Area C, Room C111
Research Triangle Park, NC

Purpose: It has been five years since the Endocrine Disruptors Research Plan was published. The purpose of the Program Review workshop is to: 1) evaluate the progress we have made in addressing the critical research questions identified in the Research Plan, 2) hear from Program and Regional Office scientists about their endocrine disruptors related activities and research needs, and 3) seek input into the direction of research and communication of results. The workshop will include a series of presentations by ORD scientists that integrate the results of the extramural grants with our intramural research and are organized around 10 key research questions. Program Office and Regional Office scientists will discuss their endocrine disruptors activities and present their current and anticipated research needs. Through break out sessions, input will be solicited on evaluating the progress of the research program, determining what data gaps remain, what additional partnerships we should consider, and how best to communicate the results of the research program. EPA scientists and managers are encouraged to attend.
