| Purpose: | The User Interface Committee (UIC) will meet in Washington, DC to discuss and collaborate with their international user communities. The UIC engages users in the nine societal benefit areas in the development, implementation, and use of a sustained GEOSS that provides the data and information required by user groups on national, regional, and global scales. The User Interface Committee has a specific goal to address cross-cutting issues by coordinating user communities of practice, ensuring continuity, and avoiding duplication. The meeting is open to all user communities and the public. |
