Title:	SBIR Phase 1 Kick-off Meeting

Purpose:	The EPAs Annual SBIR Phase I Kick-Off Meeting will be held April 34, 2008, in Crystal City, VA, to help answer any questions EPA SBIR contract recipients may have about their Phase I awards as well as to help them prepare a successful Phase II application. The primary focus of the meeting is to help EPA SBIR recipients begin to commercialize their environmental technology by better integrating commercialization with their research and development. Additionally, there will time for one-on-one meetings with Foresight Science & Technology (who will be providing commercialization technical assistance during Phase I), EPA program managers, and EPA experts in your technology area. This also is an excellent opportunity to learn about other opportunities within EPA and to network with fellow technology developers.
