Purpose: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Nanotechnology Grantees meeting will provide a forum for EPA-funded researchers to share their findings, problems, solutions and project plans, and to discuss strategies for addressing issues of common concern. The research focuses on what happens to nanoparticles and what impacts on aquatic organisms the particles have when they enter water environments. This year, the EPA will hold its Nanotechnology Grantees Meeting in conjunction with The Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry's SETAC North America 31st Annual Meeting, Bridging Science with Communities. Participants in the SETAC meeting and all others are welcome to attend.
