Each student, PI, and exhibitor attending the Expo is required to sign the attached forms. To facilitate the registration process, we ask that you bring the signed forms with you to the Expo.

Information for P3 Teams

Reporting expectations for new grantees are described in the Terms and Conditions of your grant which accompanies the award letter to your institution and are linked below. Once your project has been funded, your team is expected to work on the design during the fall and spring semesters. Then, April 18-20, 2009, your team and faculty advisor will come to Washington, DC, to exhibit your technology at the National Sustainable Design Expo on the National Mall. All teams are expected to attend this event in Washington. To see what the events were like in previous years and view the past teams, be sure to view the video filmed at last years Expo linked on the right-hand side of the P3 Homepage. Your team is also expected to submit a Project Report describing your project and your team proposal for a Phase II grant award (information is below).

Final Report Instructions

The final report for your project is due on Monday, March 23, 2009, No Later Than 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time). This will give the American Association for the Advancement of Science enough time to distribute it to the panel of judges who will review it prior to their face-to-face visits with teams at the National Sustainable Design Expo and P3 Award Competition in Washington, DC.
