Title: Development of an Urban Food Leadership Coop in Support of a Local Food System
University of Nebraska at Lincoln students are developing an urban food cooperative that involves urban part-time growers in an agricultural region focused primarily on commodity crop production. The creation of the Urban Food Leadership Co-op (UFLC) ultimately aims to improve the urban food system through a sustainable model.
