Title: Sustainable College Communities: Incorporating a Sustainable Food Loop
A team of students at Lafayette College will develop a “sustainable food-loop” at their university, which will teach the students responsible composting as well as developing a campus garden. This “food-loop” would incorporate the school’s cafeteria and the compost from the surrounding community, reducing the amount of materials that the school contributes to the landfill.
