Title: Rainwater Harvesting and Treatment System for the Delmas 30 Neighborhood of Port-au-Prince, Haiti
A team of students from the University of Virginia will test the components of a rainwater harvesting and treatment facility as well as improve the efficiency of the facility. These improvements will enhance the quality of the water being sent to the local population, thus reducing the possibility of diseases developing in the population. This project will improve the quality of living for the local communities surrounding Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
