2006 SBIR Phase I Solicitation Amendment

AMENDMENT #1 TO PR-NC-06-10207 is issued March 28, 2006 and the following changes were made to the solicitation on March 24, 2006. This amendment is issued to change the research topic title in Section VIII. B. from "Pacific Northwest Environmental Problems (EPA Region 10)" to "Environmental Problems in America's Heartland (EPA Region 7)".
Additionally, Section V.J.12 "Organizational Conflicts of Interest" is changed to Section V.J.10 "Organizational Conflicts of Interest" and each subsequent clause J.12 through J.15 is changed to reflect the correct numbers J.11 through J.14.
