LGAC Reports and Recommendations
These reports were prepared and adopted by the Local Government Advisory Committee, a public advisory group providing external advice to the Administrator and other officials of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Committee is structured to provide balanced, expert advice related to all aspects of the relationship between EPA and local governments. These reports have not been reviewed for approval by the Agency and, therefore, the contents of these reports do not necessarily represent the views and policies of EPA, or other agencies in the Executive Branch of the Federal government; nor does mention of trade names or commercial products constitute a recommendation for use.
