Policy Advice and Recommendations from SCAS to the EPA Administrator
These reports were prepared by the Small Community Adivsory Subcommittee and adopted by the Local Government Advisory Committee, a public advisory group providing external advice to the Administrator and other officials of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). These reports have not been reviewed for approval by the Agency and, therefore, the contents of these reports do not necessarily represent the views and policies of EPA or other agencies in the Executive Branch of the Federal government; nor does mention of trade names or commercial products constitute a recommendation for use.
