Emergency Exemption Re-Certification Eligibility

In support of the re-certification program (established in the Federal Register Notice of January 27, 2006), EPA has examined the specific emergency exemptions authorized in 2010 to determine eligibility for submission in 2011 under the streamlined re-certification application program.
The results of EPA’s determinations concerning eligibility for the streamlined process are presented in the following two lists, alphabetized by state requestor:
- List of Exemptions Eligible for Re-certification in 2011
- List of Exemptions NOT Eligible for Re-certification in 2011
