Status: Closed. DNT (Environmental Effects) issued because of ongoing testing by industry. DNT (Health Effects) issued because data are adequate to reasonably determine or predict risks and because of ongoing testing by industry. Health and environmental effects data have since been completed. Test results have been forwarded to the Risk Assessment Division for review and disposition.
Announced Receipt of Test Data
Test data was received from the American acrylamide manufacturers for five flow-through acute toxicity tests on freshwater vertebrates and invertebrates and a marine invertebrate (48 FR 34119; July 27, 1983) and chronic test on Mysid shrimp (51 FR 39799; October 31, 1986).
Results of a 2-year chronic toxicity/oncogenicity tests on rats were also received (50 FR 5421; February 6, 1985).
Acute toxicity to mysid shrimp (51 FR 16203; May 1, 1986).
