The Superfund, TRI, EPCRA, RMP & Oil Information Center (also referred to as “the Call Center”) is a publicly accessible service that provides up-to-date information on several EPA programs. The Information Center does not provide regulatory interpretations. It does, however, maintain up-to-date information on the availability and distribution of publications and other resources pertaining to its program areas.

The HelpLine is available 24 hours a day. If our HelpLine staff are unavailable, please leave a voicemail message and staff will return your call or process your request for application packages within 24 hours. Response times for other requests for information will vary, depending on the availability of the information being requested.
The RMP Reporting Center is available from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for questions on the Risk Management Plan program.
