Mobile Sources Technical Review Subcommittee (MSTRS) was formed by EPA under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). The Construction Working Group aims to provide guidance and recommendations to the EPA for the implementation of diesel emissions reductions at construction sites.
