In March 2004, DC, MD and VA withdrew their SIP submissions containing 2015 and 2020 outyear motor vehicle emissions budgets for the Washington, DC 1-hour ozone nonattainment area. Since the SIP submissions have been withdrawn, EPA is withdrawing its adequacy finding for the 2015 and 2020 emissions budgets effective immediately. This action does not affect the December 9, 2003 adequacy finding for the VOC and NOx emissions budgets in the 2005 rate of progress and attainment plans. | |
