Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC) - BECC provides grant assistance for the planning and design of potable water and wastewater infrastructure in communities that are within 100 kilometers north and south of the U.S.-Mexico border.
North American Development Bank (NADB) - NADB provides financial assistance, both grants and loans, to public and private entities involved in developing environmental infrastructure projects in the U.S.-Mexico border region.
