      This document provides guidance and practical templates for tribes interested in obtaining federal funds to manage nonpoint source pollution under section 319(h) of the Clean Water Act. Introduction to Section 319 of the Clean Water Act (CWA): Nonpoint Source (NPS) Management Program

This NPS webinar series will present various topics on the fundamental aspects of the section 319 nonpoint source program. Material from the first two webinars, held in July and August of 2009, can be found on the 2009 Tribal Webinars link below. Planning and scheduling for 2010 webinars is currently underway.
