Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- Time Limited Registration Decision for two new seed blend PIP products in field corn for the 2011 growing season. These seed blends contain previously registered events (active ingredients) and are available for public comment. EPA is making its registration decision document, called a Biopesticides Registration Action Document (BRAD) available for public comment. The BRAD contains EPA’s registration decision and the risk assessment. In addition, EPA is making the supporting insect resistance management reviews available for comment. Comments will be accepted through September 29, 2011.
