Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- Proposed Registration Decision for two new plant incorporated protectant (PIPs) active ingredients (Cry1Ab and Cry2Ae). These active ingredients are proposed for registration in two breeding products (Cry1Ab and Cry2Ae), and one commercial product (Cry1Ab x Cry2Ae). EPA is making its proposed registration decision called a Biopesticides Registration Action Decision (BRAD) available for comment. The BRAD contains EPA's proposed registration decision and the risk assessment. Comments will be accepted through January 13, 2012.
