Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- Registration decision for a new pyramided PIP product (Bt11 x MIR162 x TC1507 corn), expressing three currently registered, lepidopteran-active toxins (active ingredients: Cry1Ab, Vip3Aa20, and Cry1F), with a structured refuge requirement of 5% in the Corn Belt and 20% in cotton-growing areas. EPA is making the supporting risk assessments, as well as the Bt11 x MIR162 x TC1507 corn terms and conditions of registration, available for comment. Comments will be accepted through April 29, 2011.
