Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- EPA is making it's Proposed Registration Decision for the first food use of a pesticide product containing a currently registered active ingredient available for comment. In addition, EPA is also making the risk assessments and proposed labels available for comment. EPA's proposed registration decision is contained in the" Biopesticides Registration Action Document" (BRAD) for Isaria fumosorosea (formerly Paecilomyces fumosoroseus) Apopka strain 97. Comments will be accepted through September 11, 2011.

- Final Registration Decision - EPA registered the First Food Use of Isaria fumosorosea (formerly Paecilomyces fumosoroseus) Apopka strain 97 on September 20, 2011.
