This book describes how communities can evaluate and reduce cumulative air toxics risks at the local level. It also discusses other multimedia risk factors that may affect communities, and strategies to evaluate, prioritize and reduce those risks.
  This guide is a collection of information sheets with non-regulatory, time and cost saving ideas communities can use to reduce toxic air pollution. It is designed to be used by community groups and their business partners as a planning guide.
