Settlement Agreement Regarding EPA's Approval of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District's Title V Program
On January 7, 2003, the U.S. Department of Justice (on behalf of EPA) signed a settlement with Communities for a Better Environment and Our Children’s Earth Foundation to resolve the groups’ challenge to EPA’s approval of the CAA Title V operating permits program for Bay Area Air Quality Management District.
