Below is a list of Air program contacts for the Class 1 Federal Land Managers for EPA Region 9 (AZ, CA, HI, & NV). 40 CFR Section 51.307 requires the operator of any new major stationary source or major modification located within 100 kilometers of a Class I area to contact the Federal Land Managers for that area in order to provide information about the emissions from the source and any possible impact on visibility in the Class 1 area.
