Can I mail in my nomination?

No, nominations can only be submitted online.

Can I or my organization self-nominate?

Yes.

Can I nominate more than one individual, organization, business, etc.?

Yes.

Can I nominate the same person or organization in more than one category?

Yes, but the nominations must be made separately.

Is there any flexibility on the nomination deadline?

No. Nominations must be submitted by midnight PST on February 27, 2012.

Does my nomination have to meet ALL of the criteria listed on the Awards Web site?

No, however EPA does take into account the listed criteria when selecting Environmental Award winners.

How many winners are selected?

EPA will award one winner per category listed.

When will winners be notified?

We expect to contact the selected nominees in May 2012.

Where will the Awards ceremonies be held?

The timing and location of awards presentations are still being determined.
