Our Environmental Information Center ( EIC ) can be contacted for general environmental information, EPA publications, directions on using the Internet, and contacts for other agencies. The EIC is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday, and is closed on federal holidays.
