Arizona's Integrated Report
On July 31, 2009, EPA partially approved and partially disapproved Arizona's 2006-2008 303(d) listing submission. EPA identified 23 additional waters and 5 additional pollutants for already-listed waters, for addition to Arizona's 2006-2008 303(d) list, dated November 2008.
EPA reviewed public comments received, and determined that the additional listings identified in the July 31, 2009 listing decision are appropriate. EPA’s letter of November 3, 2009 presents this final decision, and includes a responsiveness summary (summary of the comment received and EPA’s responses) and the additional waters and pollutants being added by EPA to Arizona’s 2006-2008 Section 303(3) list.
