EPA New England conducts EPCRA compliance assistance workshops in New England throughout the year. These free workshops are opportunities to learn about your facility's planning and reporting obligations under EPCRA. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to understand how the SERC and your LEPC can help you with your reporting, planning and prevention obligations under Sections 301-312 of EPCRA.
