New Jersey SIP Summaries: Fulfillment of Commitments and adoption of four control measures: automobile refinishing, further industrial controls, RACT for small surface coating and industrial sources.

EPA's approval of the four control measures was effective on May 16, 1994.

Summary:
Adoption of control measures which were committed to in previous SIP revision. These controls address automobile refinishing, further industrial controls, RACT for small surface coating and industrial sources. In addition, the SIP revisions correct all the deficiencies identified in letters dated May 26, 1988 and January 30, 1991 referred to as "RACT fix-up."
